November 10 – Papercut Workshop 6pm – 8pm
Baltimore based papercut artist Annie Howe will be visiting Garrett County to lead a 2 hour workshop on paper cutting techniques! This is suitable for ages 13 and up, under 13 will need an adult to assist. Tickets are $30 each, or $50 for two (must be same transaction).
