Interested in teaching a $MART Art Workshop?

We are seeking artists to teach workshops on a wide range of topics and subjects in our $MART Art Space.

  • Subjects that are approachable to all skill levels.
  • Inclusive to a wide range of ages!
  • Affordable projects that do not require investment in expensive materials or tools, or utilizes the tools available in our $MART Art Space.

Artists will be paid for their time, and asked to assist with spreading the word.  We will set the ticket price to cover materials costs, so there will be a minimum enrollment required to hold the class.  If you would like to team up with another artist to offer a duo workshop, we can work with that too!

What we will need from you

Please submit the following to rachel@garrettarts.org

A description of the workshop.

No more than a few sentences, please explain any terms you include in case we are not familiar with your topic.

An example of the finished product we can use to show people what they will be making.  You must have a completed Demo example prior to Workshop start.  Please no stock photos or other people’s work – if you require assistance photographing your work, GCAC staff can help.  Please schedule a time to utilize the $MART Art Space lightbox and we will get you set up.
