This September we will be exploring squeegee, scrape, and smear painting techniques. We’ll take a look at a famous artist whose signature works involved an enormous squeegee. Then we will look at some modern artists you might have seen on social media who are smearing their paintings or even tossing out their paintbrushes in favor of a squeegee. Then… we’re going to try it ourselves!
